THE RESILIENCE PROJECT

POLICE MENTAL TRAINING

DRIVEN BY NEUROPSYCHOLOGICAL SCIENCE

The Resilience Project is designed for the purpose of promoting and improving the mental health and resilience of law enforcement officers, first responders, criminal justice and public safety professionals.

The goal of this project is to provide as many officers as possible with psychological, cognitive, and behavioral tools that will enable them to make sense of the complexity of their own self in the face of a highly demanding working environment and improve their thinking processes, perception, and behaviors.

We provide the officers effective analytical skills and strategies, using real-world, thought-provoking situations and teach them how to utilize their own neurological, biological, and psychological functions to identify errors in their own thoughts and behaviors, and course correct them accordingly.
